This website presents THOMO and lets you join a waiting list for early access. It is informational: the product is not yet generally available, and nothing here is a binding offer of a service.

You may join if you are 18 or older and use an email address you control. Joining does not create an account and does not guarantee access at launch - we invite people in batches. You can leave the list at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing jml.thomo@proton.me.

Everyone on the waiting list is entered into a monthly draw for a dinner-and-concert night for two in Aarhus. No purchase is necessary. Entrants must be 18 or older and able to collect the prize in Aarhus. One entry per person per month. The winner is drawn at random and contacted by email; if they do not reply within 14 days, a new winner is drawn. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. THOMO may change or cancel the draw where circumstances require it, and will announce this on this page.

Venue names, events, plans and figures shown on this site are illustrative examples of how THOMO will work. Some content and images on this site are created with the help of AI. We do our best to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it is complete or current.

The THOMO name, logo, site design and content belong to THOMO. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Third-party names and community content remain the property of their owners and appear with permission or as fair reference.

The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by Danish law, THOMO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by Danish law, with the courts of Aarhus as the venue for disputes, unless mandatory consumer rules give you a different option.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with the date shown above, is the one that applies.
